Smart Formwork Axial Force Meter

The design of Kingmach intelligent formwork axial force meter takes into account the actual conditions of the project site. The measurement unit adopts mature strain electrical measurement principles and has a built-in digital module to directly output engineering units, eliminating the need for conversions. The sensor body is made of stainless steel or alloy steel, and key parts are equipped with waterproof sealing rings to prevent cement slurry from penetrating. In terms of signal transmission, there are two versions: wired RS485 and wireless LoRa/NB-IoT. The wired version is suitable for construction sites where cables have been laid out in large-scale projects; the wireless version is battery-powered and can be used for several months on a single charge, eliminating the trouble of wiring. The host computer software provides force value trend graph, historical data query and automatic report generation functions. For projects that need to be integrated with the original monitoring system, Kingmach can open the communication protocol or adjust the data format according to customer requirements. In terms of application, it is not only limited to high formwork for house construction, but also used in tunnel lining trolleys, bridge hanging baskets, caisson sinking and other working conditions. Because the parameters can be customized, the range of measurement ranges from tens of kilonewtons to thousands of kilonewtons is covered by products. The after-sales team will provide installation guidance and can remotely diagnose monitoring abnormalities. Currently, this equipment has been used in some large-scale infrastructure projects in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and South America. The feedback is that the data is reliable and the maintenance is minimal.
